Exchange & Return Policy:

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must initiate the return, please contact on WhatsApp at +91 9319270560 or email support@1912clothing.in within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If you opt for Exchange: we will ship the exchange order in 2 - 4 business days. Exchange orders can be in different size/color/item. There will be no additional charges for exchange orders. Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. if the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.

If you opt for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
•    Unused and unwashed
•    Free from any odor, stains, or damage
•    Returned in its original condition and packaging

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. 1912 reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item fails to meet our quality standards.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange.


Faulty or Damaged Items:

In case you have received a faulty item from our end, please reach out to our support team at +91 9319270560  via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order. No claims regarding faulty items will be processed after 24 hours.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds. You can opt for a store credit or opt for another product.

All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.
